HiPerfCooker_v1, ... WHAT is it?

Using XP home, sp2, Mozilla 1.7.12

In COMPUTER MANAGEMENT/EVENT VIEWER/APPLICATION

Found this WARNING...
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: WinMgmt
Event Category: None
Event ID: 63
Date: 12/2/2005
Time: 3:47:03 PM
User: USBA-EH4TXXXXXX\user
Computer: USBA-EH4TXXXXXX
Description:
A provider, HiPerfCooker_v1, has been registered in the WMI namespace,
Root\WMI, to use the LocalSystem account. This account is privileged and
the provider may cause a security violation if it does not correctly
impersonate user requests.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Tried the above link, didn't get anything I could understand as useful.

Did search for HiPerfCooker_v1 and found "HiPerfCooker_v1.rtf", in MY
DOCUMENTS.
Went to MY DOCUMENTS folder, and it is NOT listed anywhere.
My computer is set to show hidden files and show all extensions.

THIS BOTHERS ME.. SHOULD I REMOVE IT? HOW?

GOOGLED HiPerfCooker_v1, do not understand if I should leave it or
delete it.

Thanks

Cooked Counter Provider

I get the same Event ID 63 warnings every once in a while, only OFFPRV10.EXE
(MS Office) is the culprit.

Hope this helps. Let us know.
